Hello, I’d like to know if there’s any way to take out the date and the author’s name from the description of a Facebook post when sharing an article from my website with the template’s sharing tool ? I want to show the main picture, title, and an extract of the article’s description but without the author and date before it.

The theme has an option to remove the author name and date on the post page

Social sharing configuration will have to me made using the Yoast SEO plugin, and it’s capabilities

I don’t believe the plugin has an option to remove the author og, it should nto be displayed if you disable it from the theme panel. Try disabling it an and use the debugger
