I can not access mobile device version

Hello Forum, I am setting up my website with NewsPaper in wordpress, everything is correct in pc, but if I want to access from a mobile device, the browser tells me that it is not possible to display the page. Can you help me solve why I do not see the web from mobile or tablet? Thank you. attached web link

Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
There were some issues with version 8.5 but they were fixed in 8.5.1. After updating the theme, deactivate the multi-purpose plugin and remove it, then re-install it from the latest theme package.
Let us know if there still is a problem after trying this.
