Hi, I’ve some problem with row if I set “row stretch”. it doesn’t work. I save on the tagdiv composer page but it keep boxed.
I use the background image in the raw css setting panel and “stretch row and 1400 px content” but it doesn’t stretch my row.

It was ok until 10 days ago. I check and update all the plugin and theme but the result does not change.

someone can help me?

thanks a lot

Hello,

The most common issue when the rows does not stretch is when you have a theme background color or image set. Please access the theme panel under background and remove any background image and access the theme colors section and press the clear button next to the background color.

Thank you!

hi Bogdan Thanks a lot. That’s ok now!!!
The problem was the background color in global style setting area!

Unfortunately it does not work for me 🙁

I added a new row and set it to stretch to full-width with no paddings: https://snag.gy/Ss9L5r.jpg

I added single images to it, but it is still limited to the site width: https://snag.gy/aWeCcL.jpg

Also, the Full height row option does not work either. This is VERY frustrating as we bought your theme to make use of Visual Composer’s flexibility.

Please advice asap.

Hi,

@blichbaum
If you plan to use Visual composer please make sure the tagDiv composer is deactivated. Settings in Visual composer and certain elements are affected by it.
Also make sure there is no background color or image set in the theme panel, this will make the website boxed

Got it, and it works, many thanks! Can I change the general width if the Scandal demo? It is set to be 1021px – I would like to make it 1200px. Is it hard coded? If so, where can I modify it?

Hi,

The theme general width cannot be changed, it is predefined. It is not recommended to make any modifications to it, as this will most likely cause layout issues.
All the blocks and grids depend on this fixed width, their design will be damaged if it is modified.

Thanks
