Where do I hire someone to install theme exactly as seen in the live demo?
I’m sure this is a regular question.
Installing the theme like the demo is very easy, you can do it yourself, what you have to do is to go to dashboard, then install demos from newspaper tab. In the install demos page you will see all the demos listed with their thumbnails. At the bottom of each thumbnail you will see install button, you might want to toggle on or off the demo content import just beside the install button depending on your choice.

I need help with some issues –
1 / Trending Now, how do I set values so it only shows last five (or so) posts?
2 / The “theme blocks” (or whatever they are called) ie Don’t Miss, Stay Connected, Good Reads, Business etc etc. How to I link them to specific categories, to only show most recent 5 or so posts?
At the moment they make no sense.

1. The news ticker has the same filtering as all blocks have

If you want to set a limit this is possible. For example set a limit of 5 and sorted by latest

It will always show the latest 5 posts.
2. Same for blocks, they have a limit of posts to show, default is 5. You can choose from which category to show posts, and a sorting order. Check the Filter tab for each block. The name of the block can be changed in the general tab.
So simply edit the page with the tagDiv composer and customize it the way you want

Hi,
I believe there are stock market plugins that you can try for this. Usually such plugins provide a shortcode that you can place in a text element on the page, in order to display the widget.
Search for plugins like this and try a few, choose the one you like. I cannot make any recommendations since we did not make any tests with such plugins.

If it is a shortcode, it can be entered in a simple text element, like this example for a contact form

Can I do this thru TD Composer?
That is a normal page, you can edit it with the composer and place anything you like. Most contact form plugin have shortcodes that you can use as shown above. Check this article

I have just received an email notification but the link leads to a new version of the theme files. Do I need to upload everything & overwrite the entire existing theme on my server or a specific file/s?
