I’m trying to use Block 1 on my website http://www.fertilityroad.com. I want it to be full width but it shows a blank column to the right.
I’ve the stretch row as suggested however this stretches the row across the whole width of the page. I want the block full width within the main content container as it is with Big Grid 3
Hi,
I get this result when stretching to full a row containing block 1
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ErQzsW1I
Rows will be stretched to the full width available unless a different option is selected

Or if the website is boxed, this happens when a background color or image is set

Big grids cannot be stretched, they will always be of the same size. There are Full big grids created specially for full width

Thanks
Hi,
I get the same as you if I change the settings to stretch but it does it to the full width of the screen and not the container it’s in.
If you lok at my website fertilityroad.com I have Block 1 setup. But as you will the box is the full width of the container.
Below Block 1 I have Big Grid 3 which has the images in the whole container.
I’m not sure Block 1 doesn’t do that.
Hi,
That is what is supposed to happen, the block is stretched to cover the full available width. There is no limitation as I mentioned above, unless manually selecting a specific width in the row settings.
Or if the website has a background color or image set through the theme panel. If a background is set, the row containers will be limited.
So stretch the row if you must, and maybe add more posts to the block to populate the whole space

Hi Simon,
thanks for your response but I think we’re talking about two different things.
As attached I a column with Block 1 and Big Grid 3. Block 1 has a big white space to the right handside but if you look at BG3 it fills the column with no white space left over.
Can you do that with block 1?
Hi,
Indeed, sorry for misunderstanding. You can increase the limit of posts displayed, in blocks
