If the theme panel save button is missing that could mean the theme was not installed successfully. Please try and reinstall the theme, by FTP would be the most recommended method in the matter

I did something else. If i deactivated two of your plugins then it works perfect. So the only think that i have to do is to deactivated the two (from the three plugins) and activate again after when i finish.

That is unusual, the theme plugins are created specially for the theme. The theme is fully tested and works properly with them.
Check the theme system status, ask your hosting provider to increase the server and WordPress parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

Insufficient resources can cause issues with the theme and theme plugins.

I have encountered the same issue – no save button on the Theme Panel.
When I disable – tagDiv Multi-Purpose! the save button appears and I am able to save again.
It would be very helpful if you could resolve this fundamental issue as soon as possible.

@redstar1999 Please try first to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if this has any effect. Check the theme system status as well as mentioned above.

I’ve disabled all non theme plugins and the problem is not resolved. It looks like there is an issue with tagDiv Multi-Purpose – when that is deactivated the save button reappears.
I have sent site credentials.
