Following. I’d love to know too. Everything I’ve seen says I have to uninstall my current theme and upload the new one. This is a horrible way to do it!

Hello all,
First of all, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing your database. After this, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
