Hi my pages are going blue and not responding, ive recently bought WPBakery Page Builder , i thought this was causing the problems, but the company say The issue at your end is arising from the theme or a custom code added by it. The theme uses the following CSS code which adds the background at your end:
body {
background-color: #99acbf;
}
You can see that it works fine when a default theme like twenty sixteen is used at your end.
please advise about this

That is exactly what the theme does when setting a background color in the theme panel, it sets a background color on the body. Additionally when doing this it transforms the website into the boxed version, in order to display the background.
So if there is a background color currently on your website, remove it in the theme panel

Pages will not go blue by themselves however and become non-responsive. That would be an issue. I suggest you deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, clear all caching. Check custom code entered in theme panel as well, if you entered any.
