Hi,
The theme package provides a mobile theme plugin, this is optional. If you decide to install and activate it, you can select a menu to be used specifically for it

As I mentioned this is optional. When it is not active, the mobile version is created using the theme responsive design. The same elements from desktop will be displayed on mobile devices, including the menu.
If this is not what you wanted to know, please try to provide some more details for a better understanding.
