I need a step by step process to help me set up my home page like the Business Demo

You could simply install the Business demo (with content), this will add the demo homepage, theme panel settings and custom design

Then you may begin to customize it as you wish with your own posts, menus, logos etc. This would be the easiest way to achieve this.

I did install the business demo but it didn’t create all the same blocks etc for the home page.
When you install a demo without the content should it create the blocks, rows and columns on the home page automatically?
If you install a demo without content then only theme panel settings and custom design will be imported.
In this case you could use the homepage shortcodes the demo uses

If by page type you mean make it the homepage, it can be set like this

I’ve added the shortcodes to the homepage as advised, but I still need to select what the page type is on the right hand side. I have the choice:
Pagebuilder + empty page
Pagebuilder + overlay menu
Pagebuilder + empty page
Pagebuilder + page title
Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination
Which is the correct one to be the same as the business demo?
unsure how to get the latest article section at the bottom of the business demo homepage
This is a screen capture from the Business demo. It is a Block 15. Copying the shortcodes has given me the correct block, but it has the image in and the styling is different.
What do I need to edit to make block 15 look like this demo?

Sorry for misunderstanding, the latest articles section will be displayed if the Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination is selected.
The page must be set as homepage in order for the design to apply. That is the case for block 15 customization, the design will apply only when the page is set as homepage.
