Unable to Install "Newspaper" Theme

Dear tagDiv,

I have just purchased the “Newspaper” theme and I have tried to install it via wordpress, as you guys have stated in the online instructions.

I received the following message: “Security Alert. The file you are uploading was rejected by the server. It probably contains viruses or trojans that can damage your website. Do not attempt to upload it again as your IP address may be blocked.”

I then tried the other method which was to upload the newspaper.zip file via FTP. I did so, but when I logged into my wordpress site again, it does not show up under themes therefore there isn’t any way for me to activate it.

Could you please assist?

Hello mhshoon,

Please notice that our recommended way for installing the theme is via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Please update the theme in that way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
