Hello
We build our website http://enybusiness.ch/ with newspaper theme and install evrything. Everything looks fine with all browsers. But with Firefox you will get the problem on the main page. The banner will not fully showed.

If you scroll down, the banner will be shoew. As soon you scroll up, you will lose the banner. Any idea about that?

Thx

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

Indeed this is unusual, the art creek demo is designed the same and this issue is not happening on Firefox. Please try to temporarily remove the custom CSS code you have in the theme panel affecting the image box. Check if this solves the issue.

Thanks

Hi Simion

Already remove and test it… But same problem. Something happens, if I scroll page up on header. Look the code which change… Do you need access on admin?
