I just uploaded, activated, choose my style, lifestyle-Magazine. Now how and where do I start? is there a Newspaper 8.5 tutorial available for us newbies?
Also, is there a way to hide the author/username on all the posts? They are all stating my name in the template at this time.

Simion, I did follow your instructions, saved my changes and I am getting the same results, my user name is still peppered all over the front page articles of your theme.

I notice the sub-title reads, under show author name – Enable or disable the author name (on single post page)
I don’t want my user name on any thing posted, what am I doing wrong?

The setting I mentioned is for the individual post pages, on pages (blocks/modules) the setting is here

Disable it there and it will not appear anymore.
