Hi,
when I read an article on my site, in the right sidebar there are more articles with links, but no thumbnails.
How do I get thumbnails to appear like on this page?

Thanks,

If it shows a grey image holder with some multiplication number, then you need to enable the thumbnails for that block with that specific dimension in that image (e.g. if it shows 100×70, look for the same) in the Theme Panel>Block Settings>Thumbs on Modules/Blocks. If the block does not have images at all, then maybe it does not support images. Just select block 7 on your widgets section (to display like the latest posts section in the site you shared) and filter the posts to your liking. (I don’t work here btw).
Thanks. I don’t get it. Is there a simple setting for turning on the thumbnails?
Or do I have to create a custom sidebar?
Hello,
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/more-articles-box/
You could have selected a module that provides no featured image, or you could not have the thumbnail active as epickenyan mentioned.
Thank you!
I read that but my side bar in a post says Recent articles, and there are no thumbnails. I’m not talking about the more articles box.
I didn’t set up by side bar. I used the default code in the homepage the theme came with and adjusted the layout slightly. So, you are saying I need to select the sidebar block?
Where do I do that?
Ok, I get it now. I added the block to the widget to make a custom side bar, and that worked but it deleted my ad block, so I added it back, and now the ad and related articles are in place. Thanks.
