I have been using the Newspaper theme for a few months now on my current website. Now I am creating a new website so I purchased another regular license for Newspaper. However, when I try to upload the zip file to WordPress, I keep getting error messages, it says- “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”. I’ve tried downloading the theme multiple times and tried installing it multiple times as well, but the same thing always happens.
My licenses are on two different accounts with two different emails, so there should not be any confusion with the licenses.

First please make sure you are uploading only the theme actual file, not the whole package

There could be a limit set by the hosting in terms of the size you can upload files (upload_max_filesize ), you could check that as well by contacting them. These would be the recommended configuration

Also test with all plugins deactivated to rule out a plugin cause. Let us knos the results.

We have followed system status parameters. Same issue.
We can confirm site is a fresh install with no other plugins installed.
