I just found list below that mean every upload single image , theme just clone to multiple thumbnail size over 20 images right ?

Now I worry about website performance because now my website have over 70k images ( included all thumbnail )
Yes that is correct, the theme will create all the thumbnail sizes, when they are enabled in the theme panel

Particular thumbnail sizes can be disabled if needed in that location, they will not be created anymore after that. For each size there is a mention where it is used
