Footer "instagram data error"

Hello !

I use the Footer Instagram Section since several weeks and it was working very well. Since yesterday, pictures in my footer don’t show anymore, and i Have this error message : Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved

I did not change my ID and don’t know how to fix this

Hi,

Please try what I suggested here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/instagram-data-can-not-load/
This may be related to your server configuration, especially a firewall which might block this.

I have the same Problem and to change to another IG-Account doesn’t work.
My Hoster also doesn’t change anything. Did Instagram changed the API?

Turned out it was because of ovh who deactivated all my outgoing connexions because this option is sending too many connexions out to Facebook… So i Can(t use the Instgram footer anymore. The problem has be told many times here but never fixed.

Please make sure you did the modifications properly, there should be no problem. These solutions are tested and worked for all users until now
