Footer – right column issue

Popular category in the footer section (three column) doesnt show up properly – messed up format. Not in a proper list format, but all meshed up together into two lines (we have 9 categories).
Is there a solution for that? Tried to fix it in footer widget, but it doesnt even show up there. it is empty! So technically, popular category shouldnt even show up in the right-hand column in the footer section.
I have a screenshot

Hi,

If the popular category widget is present in the footer, but not ion the footer sections, that probably means you are using a footer template with predefined content. There are footer templates which display content by default without you entering widgets in the footer sections
https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
So you can change the footer style (an empty one) and display the widgets you want only.
However the category widget should not be broken, if you could provide a link to your website we will inspect the widget.

You could try before to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear all caching. Maybe a plugin is causing the widget to be broken.

Thanks

The footer looks like this for me on desktop

And like this on mobile

I see no problem with the footer and the popular category widget.

Hi, i have had the same issue. I have found the Autoptimize pluging cause the change in style when the “inline and defer css?” option is on

@Ludonoticias That could be the case, there are plans to begin testing with autooptimize plugin but I could not say for sure when they will begin. It could be a setting in the plugin such as you mention that is causing the issues.
