My background image will not change and just shows a loading screen.

To add more to this:
When I go to the theme panel and go down to background and choose a new image I just get the loading icon, and it never changes.

Check your PHP memory to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Most likely, this parameter has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
