Newsmag theme is asking activation key every hour. I have put right key than also every hour it is asking for activation key. What to do?

Make sure the activation menu item disappears after you activate so you are sure the activation is done properly. If it does not, then you should try without plugins as there may be a plugin preventing the proper activation of the theme.
