The categories pages are not displaying correctly. There is no admin header, categories, images or footer being displayed.

What is causing all my Category setting to be ignored. I tried changing Category Top Post Style and Category Template many times but cannot get the information to display

That would signal that there is an issue with the theme. Either it was not installed/updated properly, or there have been modifications to it’s files or code added in it’s files.
You could temporarily remove any theme modifications or additions and see if it works as intended. If there were no modifications made, you should re-install the theme. Preferably by FTP if possible

I do not have any custom code on the site.
I remove the theme, deleted it, re-added via FTP and still have the same problem.
I opened a console to see this error.
Figured it out
Had a sidebar that did not exist yet.
Removed sidebar and it works!
