The main header with three images used to be five, and we prefer it with 5 but it looks like crap as none of the images are shown correctly. How do we fix this?

Anyone? We are mostly using content from youtube and the thumbnails do not fully show up on any of the options we choose. They are way off and do not show the whole picture. How do I fix this?

Hello zeroenigma,

Please notice that our theme uses the thumbnails and the default cropping system of our theme is from center to top. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ because there you will see the thumbs sizes -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/

Thanks for the message!

This did not answer my question at all.

We are using Big Grid Full 5. We can even try Big grid full 1,2,3,4 doesn’t matter. We can use any picture size and “thumb” we even used your recommended. NO MATTER WHAT your theme wants to crop out our image and zoom it in. That looks idiotic and it is pointless. How do we fix this on Big Grid Full 5?

Hello zeroenigma,

You should load other images which are closer to the size of the thumbnails used by Big Grid Full 5 if you want that the images to be displayed in full width. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ryp801oz1 Our cropping system has been designed to crop the images from center to top.

Thanks for your understanding!

This does not work. No matter what resolution I have on any image they get shrunk and idiotically look zoomed in and cut off. I need to fix this, not matter what module I choose your theme refuses to show my full image.

Hello zeroenigma,

Please notice that our theme uses thumbnails with different sizes and the images will be cropped, according to your thumbnails used by modules/blocks. Please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hCr0N8mnOC I saw that major of your images are made landscape mode and that’s why you bring these results -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Sw3qsxEZ7M We recommend that your images be in portrait mode, as an example.

Thanks for your understanding!
