Seems like the Instagram issue is a common one. The Theme has become very buggy of late in my experience. I had one of my pages edited with the TagDiv Editor, I had a Big Box Grid set up and after a few days it started to appear with grey squares where posts should have been linked.
Featured images also on Grids started to display by occupying only about 50% of the post summery link / box in the array. Sorry for the terminology but not a professional developer.
It seems every time I go to my site there is another issue. It is one thing to be drawn in by the aesthetic appeal of this Theme via the various sales outlets on which it appears but a much greater challenge to get a site to actually reflect that projected aesthetic.
I am running the latest Theme Version for my site.

Hello,
You should edit the plugin. For the Instagram fix, you should check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-and-instagram-problem/
Thanks for the message!
The Instagram issue is the least of my worries. I have affiliate program applications pending from some big name manufacturers in my industry sector. The issue with the aesthetics of the Featured Images being truncated in their Category display grids is the main issue. I can fix it one day and it looks fine only to return the following day and the issue persists. It is random not always affecting the same featured image.
After a huge investment of time, effort and sweat, not to mention financial, this is fast becoming a negative experience.
Hello seawild,
You should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate and Thumbnail Regenerate plugin. It is helpful only in case of thumbnails problems
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
But after the regeneration process is done, the plugin would not be needed anymore. You can deactivate it safely.
Thanks for your understanding!
