Hi,
when we add the social plugins, twitter and youtobe followers are displayed. Instagram and Facebook show “0” followers, wich is not the correct ammount.
for instagram the username is correct.
for facebook the username / appid etc. are correct. We also get an access token – but the followers are still 0. (facebook app is online and working – in developers console)

Hi,
There are currently some issues with the Facebook social counter functionality, it will happen for some users. This happens due to changes that are being made by Facebook regarding access to user information by applications. Depending on the final changes they will make we will try to provide solutions.
So if you configured the counter properly using the guide and the Facebook like page is public and has no restrictions, and there is still not working then there would be nothing that can be done at the moment.
Regarding Instagram, they have also made some changes to their code. We provided solutions in this topic

There are solutions both for the Instagram in the counter and for the widget.
