Problems Accessing on Mobile

Hi,

I am using Newspaper on http://pellerini.com/ and its not showing properly on mobile. See this screenshot: https://snag.gy/ovnlCd.jpg

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello dezbee,

I have inspected your website on mobile but I did not saw any shortcodes. It seems to work as expected, without any problem. If the page has been made via Visual Composer and then you have disabled it you will get this error. Notice that we recommend using our page builder (TD Composer to create your own page).

Which phone/browser did you use? I have used both iOS and Android Phones and Google Chrome, but I get the same problem.

I don’t even see the full homepage. There are shortcodes on top and bottom and just one post appearing.

The homepage is built with TD Composer. and is setup just like the one in demo.
Do you need WP admin credentials?

HI,

It seems you are using the Jetpack mobile theme, on the homepage this is not loaded from what I can see

It appears only on post pages, category pages etc

The Jetpack mobile theme may not work properly with the theme, you could deactivate it and try our mobile theme plugin

Or you could not use a mobile theme at all, the main theme is fully responsive and will adapt for each device.
