Instagram Account Not Showing Up Under Social Counter

Hello,

This should be extremely simple. I’ve read the tutorial and added my IG account handle in multiple formats, cleared cache, etc. I’ve even added Social Counter as a widget on posts, to no avail.

Please help.

Instagram made a few code changes that affected our Instagram widgets. Please use this temporary solution until the next theme update.

Thank you Bogdan. When is next theme update scheduled to be launched?

Also, is there a similar known issue for Facebook?

Hello,

Yes, there is a similar issue with FB but unfortunately we cannot fix Facebook only Facebook itself can fix the issue. Due to recent FB changes, some Facebook keys will not work anymore. You can try to create a new FB app and key as mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
The new update is due to release the following days.
