tagDiv page builder not working, keep having the loading circle running forever

Hello there,

I have recently purchased this theme, however the tag Div doesn’t seem to work, it keeps having the loading circle on when I try to add elements. I have checked the system status and everything is up to the requirement. Please can you advice.

Hi,

If the theme system status is set properly, according to the documentation

Then there are some solutions you could try. In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for composer problems

Hi Simon,

Thanks for the response. But I have done all these settings already (all system status are modified accordingly and have set “CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, true” as instructed) and it is still not working.

Please advice.
