I do not have a cache plugin, but when I activate the 7-day option, the posts disappear …
Could you help me?

Hi,
The sorting will begin as soon as you activate the setting you mention in the theme panel. As posts gather views they will gradually appear in order, in the block. Post views must be enabled in the theme panel as well

So initially the block may be empty, but as posts get views they will appear
