Hi,
I’ve upgraded to the new version of Newsmag. I had to disable Yoast to even be able to save my front page. Two things are still going wrong. One is the TagDiv Composer error (Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!), which I can live with for now… but the other is that every time I add a new block to my home page, all my content disappears as soon as I save the page, everything below the main menu… completely gone… anyone have any clues as to how to fix that?
Cheers,
Mark
Hello moose85,
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Catalin,
Not running Yoast at all, disabled it yesterday. Not running any caching either. Finally, have also changed all the settings higher than those on the system status parameters just to be on the safe side.
Still not working. I have messaged my hosting provider to see if my VPS has a cache running I don’t know about. Will update here if it’s miraculously working.
How about my block content issues? I’ve logged a support request via contact@tagdiv.com as I can’t make it function. It’s very broken.
Cheers,
Mark
Hi… http://www.exhaustnotes.com.au
You guys have wp-admin access… it’s been emailed twice.
Hello moose85,
I have made a test page on your website with tD COmposer and the block seems to be correctly added to your page, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rNeCJ97OE What’s the problem?
Thanks.
Some blocks break the site. For example, the Instagram block when saved, wipes out all the front page content below the main menu. Also, if any block has a single word title, like motoring for example, it causes the same breakage. It works if you change the category and block title to two words but if they are a single word.
Hey Catalin,
Thanks for you help… only the template supplied plugins (and WP web statistics) are turned on. I have the newsletter turned off as I will use MailPoet, which is also presently turned off, as is Yoast.
Caches cleared, everything else cleared.
Here’s a sample image…

This is what I get when I use the wrong block, or have a single word title for the block…
Hello moose85,
Sorry but please notice that the MailPoet plugin has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, unfortunately! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
Not asking for support for untested plugins. MailPoet is NOT turned on. I only turned off your newsletter because I don’t want to use it. That doesn’t solve the issue of your Instagram block, for example, breaking the site, or blocks with single names breaking the site… those are far bigger issues for me.
Hello moose85,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, 8.7.3 because in this version the problem with Instagram was resolved, clear all of the untested plugins, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel access so we can make some investigation.
Thanks for the message!
