Is There A Tutorial Video on How to Change a Demo?

I am starting a blog and chose Newspaper, then the demo Coffee. I am having trouble trying to make changes to the demo, and import my own posts and pictures. Is There A Tutorial Video on How to Change a Demo?

Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
If you want to import posts and pictures from an external site, you will need other tools to do it. The theme has no options to import content from external sources.
