Can't save in theme panel

Hi i’m having the same issue as some others users regarding saving changes in the theme panel.

Please tell me how i can fix this problem

What’s the problem with your website? You cannot save anything or what? If the system status is set up according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/system+status/

When i try to make a change in “Theme Panel” and try saving it. It keeps loading.

When i check “Theme Status” everything is fine. I’m getting a 403 error in the console regarding admin-ajax.php.

Also the link that you sent doesn’t contain documentation.
