Hi,
Indeed, there are quite a few problems with the website. The structure is missing essential elements such as the header and there are errors

You can first try the basics. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and check if this fixes the situation.
Remove any theme modifications you might have made, custom code added in the theme panel or theme files, deactivate the child theme if used.
If this has no effect, reinstall the theme. By FTP would be most recommended
