Maybe it is a cache issue. Since the latest theme update (8.7.4) Facebook in the social counter requires just the ID, no other information is required

So no need for Facebook security keys or tokens. Try accessing your cache plugin settings and clear it. Then check again.

Done already. I continuously clear the cache with a special plugin: ‘LiteSpeed Cache Purge All’, but it still does not work.

You should try and update the theme and theme plugins to the latest version

Then configure the social counter again, it will only require the Facebook ID.
