Social counter doesn't recognize Facebook Likes

Hi tagdiv,

I’ve just set-up our blog’s social counter on wordpress and all platforms (instagram, twitter…) have worked except for facebook. I’ve created a facebook app + ID but am struggling to let the facebook app know that I want to link it to one of my facebook business pages.

Any advice on how to fix this?

Hi,

The latest version of the theme and social counter plugin does not require additional information anymore. All you have to do to configure Facebook is to enter the ID (username)

No need for app IDs, security keys and tokens. You should update the theme and theme plugins to the latest version and there would be no problem with it
