I am trying incorporate the TagDiv Newletter on my home page but the Newsletter element is empty. It appear as an empty box in composer. Nowhere to add any properties, codes. etc

Hi,

Now that is unusual, so the newsletter settings are not appearing for you

There are a few things you can check. First would be to check in a different browser. Next would be to test with no plugins active, only theme plugins.
Also check the theme system status

If you made modifications to the theme files or added code in them, try to temporarily remove them and check if this has any effect. Let us know.

Hi,

Thank you for the quick response. I have done whatever you told me to do and there has been no change.

The newsletter box is still empty.
