I have a problem asking for help. When open with mobile my post is not show contents and the menubar is black. This is usually white. and i can’t click hamburger menu and search, What should I do

Hello,
This is because you use the mobile theme plugin. The shortcodes on your posts are not rendered by the mobile theme plugin. You can simply disable the mobile theme from the plugins section if you need the shortcodes. The mobile theme cannot show content created by a page builder.
