Would you also be able to tell me how to fix subscribers section on the sidebar. i.e: https://igamingusa.com/how-igaming-operators-can-keep-customers-coming-back-for-more/
On the right hand side I have subscribers section for facebook and twitter. For Facebook I think I need to add in app id (would you be able to send me instructions for this?) and twitter should work as is with just the username but it doesn’t?

No need for additional information to configure Facebook, since theme version 8.7.4

So please update the theme and theme plugins to the latest version and there should be no problem with Facebook. Twitter also stopped working, we provided a new social counter plugin to fix it, until a new theme update is released. This is the plugin

So I’ve updated the theme to 8.7.5 but social counter still not working.
I know I’ve got the latest version as there is only facebook id now, instead of the app.
I just keep getting 0 fans for both facebook and twitter.
Interestingly I was getting correct facebook users on the development server.
Are there any specific requirements for the server to get the correct numbers?

I see you removed the counter from the sidebar at the moment. Try switching the ID used with a test one you have not used before. Test with cocacola for example
