When I installed the newspaper theme and activated it, I got the error message

How can I fix it?

Please access the theme plugins section and press the update button for all the plugins.

The problem is that I cannot do anything when the error occurred.
1) I downloaded the zip file for upload and uploaded the theme.
2) I got message that it was successfully uploaded.
3) After that when I activate the theme, the error messages are shown and I can’t do anything. cannot log-in, cannot access to any menu.

I updated the wordpress and the problem has solved.
