A few questions on this version of the theme.
Can the label “Tending news” be changed?
I changed “Most Popular” just to display the “News” category and child categories but it still displays all categories. How do you restrict this?
Latest articles – I would like to change this block to display other other content. However, I can’t edit this in the editor. How can this block be changed and/or removed?
Editors Picks (footer) – how is this section controlled?

For page content elements, you can use the tagdiv composer ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/)
The latest articles section is controled from the post loop settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
The footer content is different as there are footer templates that provide predefined content. In order to change this content, you will have to use an empty footer template and place widgets in the footer section by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
