Hello, i have set up a facebook app like the guide suggested (forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/) but the like counter and twitter counter are still at zero.

WP verstion 4.9.6

Hello,
Theme version 8.7.2 – you need 8.8 at least for the counters to work properly due to the recent GDPR changes made to the social networks.
Please update your theme using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and make sure you update plugins as well (also mentioned in the guide).
