When I go to the Cloud Library Cloud {Cloud templates},

I receive an error message: Failed to contact the server API templates

I can not load the components in it. Please help me 🙁

Update: I also can not install demo for website

Please tell me what did I do wrong? I installed the original from newspaper and never edited it

Hi,

What about the demo install? Is that working now? Please check the theme requirements first
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Make changes if needed according to the guide, contact the hosting if needed.
Also deactivate all your plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. try again after this.

If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
