Can I create custom category page? Like using tagdiv composer to create home page, can I create category page with page builder or customize the category link?

You can use the new cloud library plugin available since Newspaper 8.8
It allows you do to just that.
The following example shows how to import a single post template but the method is the same for category templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
