Hi,
What exactly is that? Does that appear when you use the search button? The colors for that modal can be adjusted in the theme panel

– https://www.screencast.com/t/5Gm6gDYAJoq (with mobile theme plugin)
You can also set a background image if you want to.
Thanks
Hi, no this is a kind of “frame” that loads every time i open the website, or click on the logo, or refresh the page. It comes from the right side of the desktop cover all the screen then turn back. It is on both desktop and smartphone without plugin. thank you
Do you use Cloudflare and rocket loader by any chance? Using Cloudflare will not be a problem, but the rocket loader may cause problems. We recommend that is is kept disabled

Try disabling it and check if the same happens.
No, I don’t use Cloudflare, I use Openlitespeed with LS Cache, but my site is working well, I only need to know where or how can I disable that frame, that loads every time i open the website, or click on the logo, or refresh the page. As I said it comes from the right side of the desktop cover all the screen then turn back.
That is the modal used for mobile, when you open the menu or search. This kind of swipe effect is usually the result of the Cloudflare rocket loader, or maybe the speed booster plugin.
That modal can’t be disabled by a theme setting, it is the background of the mobile menu and search. The only settings that has would be the color settings I mentioned above.
If you don’t use any of the above, then something else is causing the issue.
