I have 8.1 and need to create a new post template. Its posible to install cloud plugin?
How can I do that without the plugin?

This is a preview of what we need. I´ve customized the page but I can´t do the same with de post template.
I create a loop-single-14.php but I dont know how to use it in my new posts. Any idea is welcome.

The cloud library plugin will work only with theme versions 8.8 and above. It will work only with the tagDiv composer as well and will allow users to design post templates easily. More beautiful templates are on their way.
For adding a new post template by code there is no guide I can provide you. You could modify an existing one if required. In a loop file you can modify the structure of the template (it is possible to modify it in a child theme)
