problem with uploading background images "invalid data"

I have the ‘dental studio’ demo installed.

I’m trying to swap out the dental studio images on the home page with my own images in media library.

It keeps telling me ‘invalid data’.

I’ve tries different file types, jpeg, png, etc.

Can anyone help?

I’ve tried to make a new page and I can’t even upload any images anywhere. it keeps saying “invalid data” in a red bar at the top of the screen.

ok so far I’ve tried to upload 79 different images and everyone keeps saying “invalid data”, this can;t be the image files. What am I missing here?

Also, I’ve only ever used TD composer, ever since i bought the newspaper theme my WPbakery builder has never even worked.

Hi Tombeh1,

Please check your system status parameters to be correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot upload any images.
