Here is talking about a predefined template for the Footer section. If you want to have more control over that section, you can try using the Footer page functionality or Footer template style 5 which allows you to add any element you want from Widgets section and change from there the colors. thank you for the information.
i have downloaded a footer template from could template and linked it in the footer section. in theory this would work great
BUT sadly the block title color doesnt change, i have set the color in tagDiv composer and it doesnt translate it to the live site
here is how i configurate it in the template

any ideas what overrides the block title 4 color??

i found out that the color only doesnt change on the BLOCK HEADER 4 all other block header do accept the color i give them…

might this be hard coded somewhere for the footer? as Block Header 4 is used in some of the normal footer templates? just an idea..
