Problem in activating Newspaper 9 theme

As soon as I am trying to Activate the Newspaper 9 theme with the help of WordPress I am getting the following error:

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in G:\PleskVhosts\ourownstartup.com\httpdocs\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\wp_booster\td_api.php on line 137

Warning: Illegal offset type in G:\PleskVhosts\ourownstartup.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\class-wp-widget-factory.php on line 57

Please help me with this.

Hi,

So there are problems activating the theme in WordPress themes settings? Does the theme activate despite those messages or it fails completely?
Try deactivating all non-theme plugins as a test, if you made any modifications to WordPress please remove them temporarily. Then try and activate the theme again.
