tagDIV composer grey screen

Hi,
Im trying to make a new page with tagDIV composer. But 5 secs after the edior and workspace is opened, the right side of the page turns grey. I can not do anything, like adding elements or blocks.

Do you have any idea whats causing this?

I tried both start of htaccess and at the end, but just ends up with “Internal Server Error”

Update:

I fixed to place the code in htaccess without 500 error now. But still grey page and still this message under system status:

“Apache mod_substitute module is active on your server – It’s default configuration may cause a timeout error on TD Composer when loading large pages”
