I am unable to install the theme to my site. When I try to upload the Newspaper.zip file I get the message: Destination folder already exists.

Install the theme via FTP.

Hi,
That would mean the theme is already in the WordPress themes folder. Would be best to use FTP to see what exactly is in that folder. Follow the guide provided by Edward.
