Sort order last 7 days doesn't work

Hi,

I use a widget Block 21 and when I choose Sort order > Popular last 7 days (theme counter), I get “no posts”.
I double checked that the option “USE 7 DAYS POST SORTING” is enabled and it as.
So I don’t understand what’s wrong. I waited for some days (not 7 but 2 or 3 days) and still there is “no posts”.
My website, http://www.mondeoz.com is online since more than 6 months…

Hi,

This method should work as long as post views are enabled

And the necessary setting is enabled in the theme panel

As soon as the theme panel option is enabled and also the view counts, posts with the most views will begin to appear in the respective block sorted accordingly.

A thing to note is that the 7 days method will not work while using caching. This is mentioned in the guide.

Obviously I use some caching plugins as well as a CDN so I guess that’s why it doesn’t work.
